What happens after sending in the microphone?​
If the warranty has already expired, you will receive a detailed error description and a cost estimate for the repair. During the guarantee period, all defects will be resolved by repairing or replacing the microphone free of charge.
The processing is very fast and direct.
Immediately after having received the microphone it's tested and checked extensively by our technicians. The defect is diagnosed and repaired.
Afterwards the microphone is returned to the customer in perfect condition.
