Normally, the purchase of a KlangShield package is only possible within 30 days after the purchase of a microphone. However, until December 31, 2024, all WeissKlang customers can purchase KlangShield - regardless of when they purchased their microphone.

Choose the KlangShield package that suits you in our shop and add it to your cart.
Then, proceed with the checkout process using the available payment methods and complete the payment.
(A separate entry of the serial number is not required until December 31, 2024, as all microphones are automatically covered with the purchase of a single KlangShield package.)
After completing your order, you will receive your KlangShield certificate via email with the certificate number, which you can provide when making a repair request so that it is processed under the KlangShield package. Additionally, you will receive a permanently valid maintenance voucher worth 69 EUR for free maintenance, which you can redeem when purchasing a maintenance package in the cart.

You can redeem the maintenance voucher whenever you wish. The voucher is valid indefinitely. If maintenance is desired, you can easily book it through our maintenance page and redeem the voucher in the cart.
