grants a warranty for microphones that covers any manufacturing and processing defects for a period of thirty-six months.


The warranty period begins with the purchase of the microphone on our sales channels by the end customer.
Warranty services for this product can also be claimed in other countries, provided that this product was sold by us in the respective country and the respective national law does not conflict with our guarantee provisions.

The UN Sales Convention (CISG) shall not apply.


In the event of a product failure due to materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace said product at no charge.

The date on the warranty certificate and submission of the bill are imperative for any warranty claims.
Our liability is limited to the cost of repair and / or replacement of the products covered by the warranty.
Without the validated warranty card, or proof of purchase, a service charge will be applied for any repairs (of course in agreement with you).
The customer is responsible for a successful delivery. The use of the original packaging is therefore advisable.

• The guarantee only applies to claims made by the initial buyer upon presentation of the original sales receipt, 
which must show the date of purchase, the serial number and the product number. WeissKlang Microphones reserves the right to refuse guarantee services if these documents are not presented or if they are incomplete or unreadable.

• During the stated three-year period, our company shall repair or replace the defective part (service exchange unit).


• Warranty repairs are done directly and exclusively by us. The costs for repairs that have not been done by us will not be refunded and there is no guarantee claim if the product is modified by unauthorized persons.


• Repair services or replacements under warranty conditions do not extend or reset the warranty period.

The warranty only applies to defects in material and workmanship.

The warranty is not applicable to:

• Damage or loss caused by modification, alteration or repair by any unauthorized party. Damage or loss caused by mishandling by the customer or any unauthorized party having accessed the product without authorization.


• Wear and tear not caused by recommended use. Damage or loss caused by events categorized as force majeure or any other sources beyond the control of the manufacturer.


• Damage or loss caused by another device that is connected to the product. Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, tampering or failure by the customer or an unauthorized party to follow normal operating.


• Procedures outlined in the user manual and general maintenance and servicing.


• Accessories supplied with the product.


• Minor faults or deviations in the quality of a product which do not affect the product’s value or fitness for its intended purpose.
